Are your children animal lovers? Then this week is for them!
Let your child come be a part of the Brazos Valley Museum's Spring Mini Camp: A World of Pets.
This week your child will learn the responsiblities of pet ownership.
They will learn the history of pets, learn to identify different breeds,
and discuss which animals make good pets and which ones do not.
Join the Museum staff and their guest speakers (with their animal friends)
in learning how we become responsible pet owners.
Monday, March 12 - Dogs
Tuesday, March 13 - Cats
Wednesday, March 14 - Birds & Reptiles
Thursday, March 15 - Fish
Friday, March 16 - Extraordinary Pets
Each session lasts one day, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Campers are divided by age groups (4 & 5, 6 & 7, 8 & 9, 10 - 12). Before Camp and After Camp are available at an additional cost. Before Camp runs from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at $5.00/day. After Camp runs from 3:00 pm to 5:15 pm at $10.00/day. (They will be pro-rated at $5.00/hour).
Registration begins Friday, February 23, and is on a first come, first serve basis. Telephone registrations can not be accepted. A 50% deposit will save and confirm your place in the camp session. We must have your total camp fee by noon of the day before your registered camp session. If we do not receive your total payment, your child may be removed from the list to accommodate another camper from the waiting list. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Waiting Lists
The Museum will offer waiting lists for interested patrons when camp sessions are full.
We will call parents after 12:00 pm, the day before your requested camp session to let you know about availability.
