A major in anthropology requires 31 hours of anthropology courses. Of this total, 12 hours must be in residence
and 12 hours must be in upper division courses. A grade of "C" or higher is required for a course to count
in the major. Anthropology majors may select a minor field of study by completing 15-18 hours of courses in
another department or program with a grade of "C" or higher. University Core Curriculum requirements must be
satisfied with courses other than those offered in anthropology.
